This is a gluten washing machine used to extract and measure the wet gluten content and quality of wheat flour.

Settings can be adjusted using touch button operations. Two gluten samples can be prepared simultaneously. The display shows the status of mixing, washing, and whole grain flour mode washing. It is possible to adjust the powder amount by calculating and correcting the powder moisture content (%). To accurately measure the amount of wet gluten in the sample, the device's mixing time can be adjusted from 20 seconds to 63 seconds, and the washing time can be adjusted from 5 minutes to 8.5 minutes. Whole grain flour can also be mixed. The details of the samples created can be printed on the spot using the built-in printer.
